Document Verification
After filling the online form, you must visit the school (9:00am to 10:00 am, 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm) for document verification between 1st November and 26th November 2025.
Please bring the following:
* Printout of the online form.
* Original documents and two photocopies of each.
* The mobile phone number used to fill the form.
* Original Government Photo ID Proof.
