Examination/Promotion

1. Examination will be held for all the classes from III-XII as per the detail.

1. Periodic Test will be of 20 marks and duration of Periodic test will be one hour.
   Periodic Test I will be held in the month of May/July and Periodic Test II will be held in November for classes III to XII as per datesheet given in planner.
2. Half Yearly Examination to be held in the Month of September
3. Classes VIII- XII will have their Preboard exam in December/ January.
4. Annual exam for class VIII , IX and XI will be held in the month of Feburay/ March.
5. Final term to be held for classes III to VII , X , XII in the month of Feb/march .

Consolidation of marks for the promotion to the next class will be done as per detail :

1. For classes  III to VII : on the basis of two terms as follows :

1. 50 % weightage in 1^st term exam + 20 % weightage of PA1 +30% INTERNAL ASSESSMENT in all subjects

1. 50 % weightage in Annual  exam + 20 % weightage of  2 Periodic exams + 30% INTERNAL ASSESSMENT in all subjects.

1. For classes VIII to X on the basis of 2 Periodic exam, Internal Multiple assessment and annual exam as per detail

1. Annual exam will be of 80% weightage and students has to get at least 33 % qualifying marks in each subject.
2. 5% weightage will be taken from the Periodic tests and 5% weightage from Multiple assessment.

1.  5 % weightage of home assignments(Notebooks, Portfolio) + 5% weightage in ASL in Hindi and English , Lab work in math and science , map work and project work in social science respectively.

   PERIODIC TEST 24-25 DATESHEET

        Instructions:

1. Periodic assessment will be held in home room period.
2. Duration of PA will be of 50 minutes and marks will be 20.
