Withdrawal  
  • Withdrawal from any class must be preceded by one month's notice in writing or one month's fee in lieu of notice.
  • All dues will have to be cleared before Transfer Certificate is issued.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week of receiving the application.
  • Scecurity money shall be returned after one month of receiving the application.
  • School authorities may ask the parents without prior notice to withdraw the child from the school on any of the following grounds.
  • Academic : Constant weakness in studies or those who fail in the same class for two consecutive sessions.
  • Disciplinary : Those students whose conduct in the opinion of the Principal is harmful to the interests of the school.
  • Fees Arrear : The names of those studies who have not deposited the fee for 2 consecutive months will be struck off. Once the name is struck off roll., Re-admission will be considered only after paying all the arrears and fresh admission fee, provided a seat is available.
  • Rs. 50/- will be charged for issuing a duplication copy of the Transfer Certificate and the Parent wil be required to submit an affidavit about the loss of the original certificate.
